This long cowl, inspired by the four seasons, is a breeze to knit as you race through each distinct section in anticipation of the next. 

From open lacework to tight knits and purls, the stitch patterns in each section offer varying gauges so the cowl has a natural flair shape. No increases or decreases to worry about! When worn with the larger opening against the chest, Four Seasons Cowl puddles nicely and eliminates the neck gap that is common with cowls.

One size. Finished cowl measures approximately 21”w x 14.5”h.

YARN

450 y (412 m) of DK weight yarn in a solid or semi solid colorway.

Sample shown in: 1 skein of HiKoo® Simplicity Spray (55% Merino Superwash, 28% Acrylic, 17% Nylon; 456 y) in Pebble #673 colorway.

GAUGE

Approx. 18 sts and 24 rows = 4” in stockinette stitch.
